It doesn’t matter what size house you are building at some stage you are going to need scaffolding.

Scaffolding is usually made up of steel pipes and is used to provide a safe working environment for people that are working at height and to avoid injury by over stretching or balancing or uneven surfaces.

Choose your provider carefully and make sure that they are fully qualified and insured to erect the kind of scaffolding that you require.

It is best to make sure that your workers are aware of the dangers of working at height and that they are present at the time this structure goes up to make sure that it meets with their requirements.

Make sure that you are ready for the scaffolding when you order it as everyday that you run over the pre arrange time will cost you more money. For an average house, you could be looking at spending anything from 2000 to 5000 Euro’s to have this structure set up around your build.

Although this structure doesn’t come cheap, for the peace of mind that it gives it is worth every penny.
